It can be added with various colors of colored sand. After overall on-site pouring and laying, it can be configured into different styles and patterns according to requirements, making it beautiful, durable, and highly decorative.
Substrate treatment:
Grind and clean the ground, and ensure that the substrate is dry and free of hollowing;
Primer coating:
stir agent A and agent B of SPR-11001C solvent-free epoxy resin primer evenly and roll it on the base surface, and evenly spread 40-60 mesh colored sand on the surface before gel (within 15 minutes after coating);
Intermediate coating:
After the primer is dry, mix agent A and agent B of SPR-41005CQ epoxy resin sand pressing topcoat evenly, add 8 to 12 times graded colored quartz sand, and mix to form a uniform mortar. Use a calender to compact the epoxy mortar layer to achieve preliminary flatness;
