1. Epoxy self-leveling floating colored sand is applied by troweling on the base material. The finished surface has a high texture, smooth and seamless, and is used in light and heavy load places. It is resistant to abrasion, impact, water, acid, alkali, and other chemicals and oil stains, and is durable;
2. Self leveling, smooth and seamless, easy to finish, high wear resistance, high chemical resistance.
Substrate Treatment:
Use a grinding tool to grind and remove impurities from the plain ground, and roughen the concrete surface. After that, use an industrial vacuum cleaner to completely clean the dust. The surface must be flat, firm, and sufficiently dry. The grease and soil on the surface must be fully removed;
Primer Coating:
After evenly mixing SPR-11001C solvent-free epoxy resin primer in proportion, evenly coating it on plain ground with a roller for about 4-8 hours, the next process can be started. Check the application of the primer, and repeat the application if it is completely absorbed by the substrate;
Intermediate Coating:
After fully mixing with SPR11002P solventless epoxy resin intermediate paint and quartz sand, apply with a trowel. After the temperature is above 25 ºC for 8-12 hours, batch coating can be carried out;
Surface Coating:
After evenly mixing SPR-41001CQ epoxy self-leveling floating color sand agent A and agent B according to the ratio, evenly spread it on the batch coating with a serrated trowel (helpful for defoaming), and use a defoaming roller to eliminate bubbles. Personnel can enter after 48 hours, and heavy machinery can enter after seven days. SPR-12221C high abrasion resistant polyurethane topcoat (transparent) can be applied to the surface if a slip resistant effect is required
