I.Product description
SPR Polyurethane Wear-resistant Self-leveling Mortar Floor System is a four-component color water-leveling mortar floor coating made of high-performance polyurethane resin, graded silica sand and active pigment as aggregate; excellent impact resistance, damage resistance, chemical resistance and washing resistance; light to medium load. The coating thickness is 6-9mm.

1. Base surface treatment The treatment of base concrete is the key to do a good job of polyurethane concrete ground. The ground treatment directly affects the service life of the floor. In order to enhance the bonding force between the base and the floor, it is necessary to use mechanical treatment to expose the concrete aggregate, such as shot blasting. The floor surface must be cut open, the depth and width are 2~3 times the thickness of polyurethane mortar floor; especially all edges (such as trench) should be cut 20mm away from it. 2. Coat primer After cleaning the base surface, the SPR-23101P polyurethane universal self-leveling mortar material according to the design ratio, and the construction should be strictly controlled. The grooves and gaps, and the material should be mixed continuously with a knife. This step should be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the good bonding of the material. In order to ensure that the base layer is completely sealed, the bottom coating of polyurethane on 1mm is more suitable. 3. Grind after curing After the polyurethane mortar bottom coating is cured, the rough bottom coating should be ground with a grinder to increase the bonding force between the subsequent coatings 4. Middle-level sand-sprinkling construction Mix the SPR-23101P polyurethane universal self-leveling mortar material according to the design ratio After mixing, pour the bucket and stir again, spread the material with a rake according to a certain thickness, and then sprinkle quartz sand. 5.
